Cedar Gables Inn is located at 486 Coombs Street between Randolph and Brown Street in Old Town Napa, California. It is one of the most historically preserved mansion’s in the area and is closely surrounded by other Victorian mansions exclusive to Downtown Napa. This structure was designed and built by Ernest Coxhead and is the only one built in Napa, California. Our location is walking distance to Downtown Napa, uptown theater, oxbow market, culinary institute of America, and dozens of fine restaurants and tasting rooms, including Charlie Palmer Steak House, Angele Restaurant & Bar, Cole Chop House, Torc, ZuZu Napa Bar, Chef Marimoto, and many more restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless previously arranged.  Extra fees of $100 an hour will apply for late check-out with no exceptions, latest check-out is 1pm.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

Extra Persons and Children Details: Cedar Gables Inn is designed for adults desiring a quiet stay in a Historic Mansion filled with highly valued antiques, and as such, is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. For rollaway beds in any other rooms please contact the Inn directly prior to arrival (Stratford Loft, Avon Loft, Edwards Study, and Dorothy's Room cannot accommodate rollaway beds due to Fire Department Regulations). Advance arrangements are preferred to insure a more comfortable stay 

PETS

ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel. Sorry, we are absolutely unable to accommodate pets at The Cedar Gables Inn.

CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICY DETAILS

Cancellation Policy: Due to the intimate size of our inn, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to the following cancellation policy. If you find it necessary to cancel, please call by 3:00 P.M. 14 days before your scheduled arrival date for reservations. Modifications or cancellations are not allowed once you are within our cancellation/modification policy of 14 days prior to your arrival date. Your reservation becomes fully non refundable. A shortening of your stay is also deemed as a cancellation.

Our hotel has a 60 day cancellation policy for Bottle Rock Music Festival and La Onda.

Cedar Gables reserves the right to modify the room type of any reservation at any time due to unforeseen issues with room type availability or room maintenance. In the event we need to modify your room type, your reservation will be moved to a similar or larger room type.

Please note that breakfast costs $15 per person per night. This will be added on to your reservation when you check in should you choose this option.

 

Packages: All discounted packages are billed to your credit card immediately at the time of reservation. They are noncancelable & non-refundable as we are purchasing services from other vendors outside our control.

All of our bedding is hypoallergenic.

Each of our guest rooms come equipped with 40 inch television, Refrigerator, coffee machine and Laptop-Size Safe.

Stay and Play Packages: We offer many special touches like champagne and roses, chocolates, special occasion cakes, LED candles, cheese and fruit platters at additional charge. Please contact property for prices.

GUEST PARKING

Cedar Gables Inn offers four off-street parking spaces on our property.  However, there is ample unrestricted street parking available.  Parking on-site is first come, first served.

Accessibility Features

At the Cedar Gables we do have a room that is ADA accessible for mobility impairment for wheelchairs. We also provide the accessibility features for individuals who face audio or visual impairment including braille signage and ADA A/V kits for our guest rooms

You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time you book. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Smoking is not allowed at our Inn Payment Method We accept Discover, Visa, American Express and MasterCard. Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservation Policy Credit card is required to reserve a room. By asking us to reserve a room you give us the authorization to charge your card in case of cancellation, as described above. Minimum Night Stays Minimum stay is required on certain holidays, weekends, and special functions ie., Bottle Rock. Nonetheless, please call or check our availability online, since one-night stays are available. Safety and Smoking The Cedar Gables Inn is a non-smoking Inn, including the rooms.
